Let me introduce one of our churches in Nelluppudi,
where Pastor Paul serve the Lord with his small family.
Nellupudi is comprised of a total six small villages with
a population of ten thousand. To reach these villages we have to cross highly densed jungle which is possible only in the
day time from morning 8 to 6 evening as there is bus services that also six times a day.
These villages fall under the East Godavari district, which
is one of the strong hold of Militants. People are compelled to give a part of their income to this group as representative
of the group come for collection once in every month.
Pastor Paul and his wife faced difficulties initially to
accommodate themselves here as they were leading a city life. But they were choosen for these villages, which were
also under the influence of witchcraft, idol worships and even animal sacrifice were practised to appease their unknown
gods.
Mainly the faced threats from the local Hindus
and militant and got warning several times, but God manifested himself with signs and wonders by healing and delivering
people from various sickness and problems. This resulted many to accept Jesus,
and now around 40 people have took water baptism and coming for prayer fellowship regularly. Amazingly many young
militant people also came to Christ and still many are coming.
A church with Palm leaves and Bamboos and with
mud bricks has been raised up with a joint effort of believers beside Pastor Paul's rented house. (See Picture)

This small work needs your prayer and financial support as
they want to build a strong church building and some local musical instruments, mattress, lantern etc.
Pray for Nelluppudi and this work, there are still many
who are need to come to Christ. They have started five house fellowships other villages also with the help of new converts.
